These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the booking of distance Reiki sessions with Kamila Kaczan, operating as Awakened Rose. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Nature of Services

Distance Reiki is a complementary energy practice. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or advice. Sessions are trauma-aware and designed to support emotional and nervous system regulation, but they do not replace professional healthcare when needed.

If you are currently receiving medical or mental health treatment, please continue that care and consult your provider before making decisions based on a Reiki session.

Booking and Payment

• Sessions are booked through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp, and confirmed once a time is agreed upon.
• Payment is required in advance via Revolut to secure your booking.
• Session details and the video call link are shared after payment is confirmed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a time that works. Requests made with reasonable notice will be accommodated where possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.

Session Expectations

Each session lasts approximately one hour and takes place online via Zoom or WhatsApp video call. Experiences vary from person to person — some notice immediate shifts, while deeper patterns may unfold gradually over several sessions. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a quiet, private space for your session and for communicating openly about what you're experiencing. You are also responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health support alongside this work when needed.

Limitation of Liability

Awakened Rose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes resulting from participation in a session. Services are offered in good faith as a complementary practice, and no medical claims are made regarding their effects.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Awakened Rose and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or booking of sessions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
